On the main dashboard, the HR team gets an instant overview of the most important tasks: ending collaborations, processing new onboardings, expiring residence permits, or accommodation issues. The system links human resources, clients, projects/collaborations, and recruitment rooms, so the HR specialist always sees who is working where, under which type of cooperation (employee/sole trader/temporary assignment), and in what status.
A strong part of Parko User is the Finance module (accommodation, advances, deductions, absences, warehouse), which saves time during the monthly preparation of data for payroll and invoicing.
Key documents—contracts, medical examinations, residence permits, and information cards—are directly linked to specific workers and collaborations, eliminating chaotic searches through emails and folders.
